TO LEARN TO RESTORE A VEHICLE YOU NEED A VEHICLE TO RESTORE

Our historic vehicle world is at risk. Unless young people are motivated to become enthusiasts and get involved, historic vehicle specialists and enthusiasts will disappear.

There is a clear need to engage a younger generation, with the aim of encouraging them to take up careers in the historic vehicle industry and to enjoy historic vehicles. With the way historic and classic vehicle prices have risen over the last 10 years it has become harder and harder for the next generation to get into classic motoring.

We have partnerships with a number of education facilities, apprenticeship schemes and local colleges to help provide vehicles and further resources for their students, to not only learn from but also use in competitions, events and shows.

We also work with other industry partners to assist young enthusiasts in finding roles in the industry within all sectors. The industry has a great need for engineering apprentices but there a also roles within other sectors such as insurance, sales, auctioneering all which require a specialist knowledge and passion.
